Clinton, NJ, April 16, 2024 - Calamu, a leader in data-first security, announced it was named to the 2024 Storage 100 list as one of the "Coolest Vendors" in Data Recovery, Observability and Resiliency by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company. This is Calamu's third straight year as a featured vendor on the prestigious list.
CRN’s annual Storage 100 list recognizes vendors that help channel partners stay ahead of the curve with transformative products and services. CRN’s editorial team selected the companies on this year’s Storage 100 for their consistent dedication to advancing storage technology innovation and building strategic channel partnerships that strengthen their offerings in the market.
[The Calamu Data Harbor](https://www.calamu.com/data-harbor-as-a-service) is a powerful cyber vault for backup and recovery applications. It is the only solution that can absorb a ransomware attack and self-heal automatically, eliminating lengthy periods of downtime and consequences such as data exfiltration, theft, and loss following an attack.
"Calamu is honored to be recognized on the Storage 100 list for the third straight year," said Paul Lewis, CEO and Founder of Calamu. "Data storage is the primary target for cyberattacks as threat actors seek to cripple business continuity efforts and extort stolen data. At Calamu, we believe that a ransom should never be paid. Calamu's self-healing cyber vault solution offers powerful security defenses at the data level to stop extortion attempts for faster recovery and complete resilience."
Solution providers rely on the Storage 100 as an invaluable resource when seeking vendors who understand partner needs in the complex storage market. Companies on the list are industry leaders in software-defined storage; data recovery, observability and resiliency; and storage components.
“CRN’s 2024 Storage 100 list spotlights vendors leading the industry in storage innovation with a strong focus on channel partnerships," said Jennifer Follett, VP, U.S. Content, and Executive Editor, CRN, The Channel Company. “We are pleased to recognize these trailblazers in storage and honor how their technology advancements pave the way to partner success across the channel.”
